Entry Requirements
Learners must have a relevant Level 2 qualification or have been working in an Early Years setting for a minimum of 2 years. To be included in the ratios as an Early Years Educator in the UK, learners must have obtained a GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
How will I be taught and what will I learn?
Learners will be taught in a classroom setting or online via Zoom by an experienced and knowledgeable tutor. Units are structured around the following themes: health and well-being, legislation, play, development and learning for school readiness and professional development.
How will I be assessed?
Learners will need to be working or volunteering in a practical placement in an under 5’s setting over the course duration. Specified hours must be completed. All units covered during the course will be internally assessed using a range of methods. This will include direct observation within the workplace, a portfolio of evidence, written assignments and a longitudinal study. Students must have access to a laptop and Internet.
What can I do after this course?
Upon achievement of this qualification, learners will be qualified as Early Years Educators and can access roles such as a practitioner in a nursery.

can i enroll directly to cache level 3 without level 2
Ideally, you would be required to complete CACHE Level 2 before enrolling in CACHE Level 3. However, if you have atleast 1 year of working experience within the Early Years stage, this would open eligibility to enroll in a CACHE Level 3 directly.
Do I need working in a setting for cache lEVEL 3
Yes, ideally you should be employed or volunteering in a setting to complete the 100 hours of work experience, as well as to complete your observations and longitudinal study.
can i qualify as a teacher after completing level 3?
Yes, you will qualify as a Lead Teacher after completing CACHE Level 3.
